PROBLEM STATEMENT

How can we make healthcare more accessible to people regardless of their background and status?

CONCEPT OVERVIEW

At the time of conducting our research, Vietnam was experiencing a significant overhaul, with urgent aid directed towards areas that lacked resources such as food, water, and electricity. Improving the quality of life for individuals residing in such areas hinged on providing essential necessities like healthcare. Establishing a healthcare system, especially in mountainous regions, was very complicated, with initial efforts being focused on providing basic needs such as clean water and electricity. Together a long with the reformation, we aim to suggest a healthcare system idea that will benefit all Vietnamese residents, including those in rural mountainous areas. We prioritize responding to immediate and emergency medical cases.

DESIGN HYPOTHESIS

Patients from all walks of life, situations, and places are now better-taken care of as they can easily reach out to healthcare providers, receive prompt treatment, and avoid undesirable outcomes such as mistreatment, thereby reducing the burden on the healthcare system and freeing up time and resources for urgent and critical cases.
